good news or bad news?

this post should be posted here some time ago..
but i was lazy..haha
my sister called home all the way from UK..
and when it's my turn to talk to her, the first thing she told me was - I've sent my phone home so wait for it to arrive.

i was thinking, she told me that since last year..hmm..i've waited for half a year just to get my hands on her two yr old phone. although it's two years old, it's still functioning well..hehe
the phone tat i've been waiting for so long is k800i..but when the day of its arrival in malaysia comes, i received a letter from JABATAN KASTAM M****SIA saying that they have checked through the phone and there is nothing wrong with the phone..BUT i HAVE TO PAY FOR THE stupid pemeriksaan!!!!
imagine that,m****sia!!argh..
few days later, my mum called the office in butterworth..
they told her that we have to go all the way to butterworth to collect the package and pay around rm240 to get the package back!!!!
walao eh..wat kinda system is this..shit country..
now i have to wait in suffering..knowing that the phone is already so near but i can't lay my hands on it..T.T
have to find a time that both of us -me and my mum are free, so that we can go to butterworth to get it..argh..

a day in school with 3 free periods..

the first two period was physics..i tried really hard not to fall asleep.
guess wat? i succeeded in keeping myself awake..hehe
but after teacher went out, i cannot tahan d..
straight lay my head on the table and sleep..
luckily my chinese teacher was absent today, so i have two periods to sleep..
after sleeping for one period, i woke up and started doing my homework..chemistry essay..
managed to finish it in one and a half period..
english teacher was absent too so another free period for us..weeee..
talked with friends until the recess bell rang..and i quickly went to the teachers' office to get my teacher advisor to sign..
it's kinda hard to find him nowadays..always 'vanish' from his desk..haha
so i had to leave the papers there, hoping he will sign it before school ends..
after that, nth much happened..
after school, jun wei is so helpful..he helped me to put the attendance up on the notice board..hehe
after tat, went to ttn..
then after ttn come back..lol
the highlights of the day start here, mails from ... filled my hotmail inbox..hmmm..wonder when will my problems end?

Our Father is the Pilot

A pastor had been on a long flight between church conferences. The first warning of the approaching problems came when the sign on the airplane flashed on : Fasten Your SeatBelts.

Then, after a while, a calm voice said, 'We shall not be serving the beverages at this time as we are expecting a little turbulence. Please be sure your seat belt is fastened.'

As the pastor looked around the aircraft, it became obvious that many of the passengers were becoming apprehensive. Later, the voice on the intercom said, 'We are so sorry that we are unable to serve the meal at this time. The turbulence is still ahead of us.'
And then the storm broke . . .

The ominous cracks of thunder could be heard even above the roar of the engines. Lightning! Lit up the darkening skies, and within moments that great plane was like a cork tossed around on a celestial ocean. One moment the airplane was lifted on terrific currents of air; the next, it dropped as if it were about to crash.

The pastor confessed that he shared the discomfort and fear of those around him. He said, 'As I looked around the plane, I could see that nearly all the passengers were upset and alarmed. Some were praying. The future seemed ominous and many were wondering if they would make it through the storm.

'Then, I suddenly saw a little girl. Apparently the storm meant nothing to her. She had tucked her feet beneath her as she sat on her seat; she was reading a book and every- thing within her small world was calm and orderly.

'Sometimes she closed her eyes, then she would read again; then she would straighten her legs, but worry and fear were not in her world.
When the plane was being buffeted by the terrible storm when it lurched this way and that, as it rose and fell with frightening severity, when all the adults were scared half to death, that marvelous child was completely composed and unafraid.' The minister could hardly believe his eyes.

It was not surprising therefore, that when the plane finally reached its destination and all the passengers were hurrying to disembark, our pastor lingered to speak to the girl whom he had watched for such a long time. Having commented about the storm and the behavior of the plane, he asked why she had not been afraid.

The child replied, 'Cause my Daddy's the pilot, and he's taking me home.'

There are many kinds of storms that buffet us. Physical, mental, financial, domestic, and many other storms can easily and quickly darken our skies and throw our plane into apparently uncontrollable movement. We have all known such times, and let us be honest and confess, it is much easier to be at rest when our feet are on the ground than when we are being tossed about a darkened sky.

Let us remember : Our Father is the Pilot. He is in control and taking us home. Don't worry!

KDU Technology Week(penang campus)

i went to KDU for the game design workshop and competition held in conjunction with KDU's Technology week on tuesday and wednesday..tuesday was the workshop, so basically we just went there to learn something about game design..
with computers in front of us, there's plenty of things that we can do besides listening to the lecturer..haha
i woke up at 7.15 am coz i told my mum i dun want to go to school so early to wait for my friend that came at 8.15..i did everything slowly and waited for my mum to come fetch me from her school..
kai jun was earlier than me..this is a photo of clhs private from the bus stand..that's a car light(going at the speed of light?XD)
weil shun fetched me, kai jun and jun han to kdu and we waited for two 'turtles' who came a lot later than us..one of them is seong kooi(he walked too fast so it's blur)..we found out that there's a restaurant there!!the entrance..mr yeap, the PK 2 of CLHS..he was there to 'see us off'..hahawe lepak around the main hall before going up to the multimedia lab on the 2nd floor.
we started off with some lectures on game design..
but after sometime listening to lectures..
we started doing something else..

well, now on to me..i'm so boring and i started using kai jun's camera to take photos of friends beside me..haha..here is the computer that i'm using and me..after learning how to use the popfly.com, we had our break at 10.45..here's our TEA
i wanna take a photo of the fried popiah, but it is finished when kai jun took out his camera..we went to the toilet when we are heading back to our lab..all these photos are taken on the first day..kai jun didn't bring his camera on the second day so no photos were taken during the closing ceremony..
